About Omega Mix:

• Omega Mix is a combination of sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds and flax seed, mixed in equal proportion and ground to a coarse powder.
• As with all Granola King Products, it is prepared fresh every week.

• Add to any food from hot and cold cereal, to soups, salads, steamed vegetables, baking such as muffins, scones or breads, stir frys, or sprinkle over potatoes or pasta. Also great for thickening dressings, or add to an avocado with some lemon, pepper and salt and make a nice guacamole spread, or bread fish and chicken with it. Also use it as a base for various pies and cakes. Eliminate flour from your diet.
